🌿 Journey to the Cross — Week 3: Christ IN You

Hi Reader,

As we look forward to Resurrection Sunday, I’ve been thinking about why Jesus came—not only to save us from sin for eternity, but also to give us His Spirit to walk with us here and now.

That’s why I’m using the Resurrection Bible Reading Plan (password: gracefilled) this season. If you’d like to see the journaling devotionals I’m sharing, you can follow along over in Jesus Journaling.

🌿 Week 3: Christ IN You

There’s something quietly powerful here.

The Holy Spirit isn’t just near you—He is in you.

God could have chosen to stay distant, giving instructions from the outside. But instead, through Jesus, He chose to dwell within His people. He leads, nudges, and strengthens you from the inside out.

That’s part of the beauty of the resurrection.

Jesus didn’t stay on the cross.
He didn’t remain in the grave.
He is alive—and because He lives, His Spirit gives life to you right where you are.

As Resurrection Sunday approaches, you might try something simple:
become more aware of His presence throughout your day.

It’s easy to walk away from your quiet time and slip back into routine, forgetting the nearness you just experienced. But He hasn’t gone anywhere.

In the middle of laundry, errands, conversations, or quiet moments—He is still there.

  • You can pause and whisper a prayer.
  • You can ask Him to guide your thoughts.
  • You can invite Him into the ordinary.

And maybe that’s where this becomes real—not just something we read, but something we live.

He is in you.

P.S. As you prepare your heart for Easter, I’d love for you to join me in the Resurrection Bible Reading Plan over in the Jesus Journaling community. Let’s walk this path together.

Let’s journey to the cross together — slowly, intentionally, and with hearts ready to abide.

Love and grace,
Judith 💛
