April’s Grace for the Anxious Heart 🌿

Hello, Sweet Reader,

I’m so glad to finally share April’s 20-Day FREE Grace for the Anxious Heart Bible Reading Plan with you.

It’s arriving a little later than I planned… but maybe right on time for where your heart is today.

Last week was full in the best kind of way. We celebrated a beautiful Resurrection Sunday—beginning with brunch before church and then worshiping our risen Savior together. It was one of those days that gently reminds you what matters most.

And then… a surprise snowfall of at least four inches. Winter saying goodbye, spring saying hello. It felt like a picture of life. One season blends into another when you least expect it.

So here I am—sending this a few days late and this newsletter a day early. Life has a way of keeping us humble like that.

You can download your FREE Bible Reading Plan, and if you’d like to go a little deeper, the Journaling Workbook is available at a special discounted price just for being part of this community.

A little backstory…

These verses came together during my own Quiet Time—while following cross-references and lingering as I'm reading in Genesis. They weren’t chosen quickly. They were the ones that quietly stayed with me.

Because if I’m honest… anxiety doesn’t usually announce itself loudly. It slips in.

Sometimes it’s finances—watching prices rise.
Sometimes it’s hearing from a loved one whose life feels heavy or complicated.
Sometimes it’s just the weight of an ordinary day and wondering if everything will get done.

And sometimes… there’s no clear reason at all.

You might be walking through something similar—family tension, a child making hard choices, or simply the heaviness of what’s happening in the world around us.

Wherever this finds you, my prayer is simple:

That these Scriptures would gently steady your heart…
and draw your eyes back to Jesus.

If there’s something on your heart, I would love to pray for you.
Just hit reply and let me know.

I’ve also shared a new video this week—I’m trying to create one for you each week as a little extra encouragement along the way.
