🌸 And just like that . . . it's July!!

Hello Reader,

And just like that . . . it's July!!

Are you behind in everything you need to get done? I certainly am!

That's why I'm slowing down and taking a little longer to finish the Embracing Grace Bible Reading Plan.

The fast pace of June can leave us feeling breathless, reminding us of our need for quiet moments of rest and reflection as we step into July.

For me, the whirlwind of moving from the beautiful Poconos in early May to settling into our new (to us) home in early June has been both exciting and exhausting. It forced me to slow down, to take time to breathe, and to lean into God’s gentle whispers amidst the chaos of unpacked boxes and shifting routines.

Sweet sister, maybe you’re also in a season where life feels overwhelming—where the pace of summer, family schedules, or unexpected changes have left you worn out. It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to rest. And it’s more than okay to spend time reflecting on God’s goodness, even when the world keeps spinning around you.

Here are a few loving reminders for you today:

💗 You don’t have to do it all. Give yourself grace to let go of tasks that can wait.

🌿 Find a quiet corner. Sit with your Bible, journal a prayer, or simply be still before the Lord.

🌸 Remember God’s faithfulness. Reflect on how He’s carried you through past seasons—and trust that He will do it again.

July can be a month of beautiful, unhurried time with Jesus—an opportunity to rest your heart in Him and renew your strength for the days ahead.

Let’s walk through this season embracing grace together.

With love and grace,
Judith

P.S. What are you doing for the 4th of July? I'll be making my 'Famous Potato Salad and a Pretzel Jell-O Salad.

Hey Reader... Summer arrived suddenly after what felt like a never-ending spring! The chilly days and endless rain seemed like they would never give way to sunshine. But now, here we are—stepping into days with temperatures soaring to the 80s, and the kind of heavy humidity that makes it feel like a thunderstorm is just moments away. I chuckle thinking back to when I was a little girl, listening to the grown-up women chatting about the weather over coffee. I remember thinking, that will never...

?Why I’m Loving the Embracing Grace Bible Plan Right Now ?

Hey Sweet Reader,Several days a week, my grandkids come bursting through the door with a kind of joy that fills the house—and my heart. Even when I’m dragging, their excitement is enough to energize me for the day ahead. They usually arrive early, so I need to be ready—not just my home, but my heart. And let me tell you, it’s only by the grace of God that I’ve made it to this season. I fell short so many times as a mom, and now? What a blessing to enjoy these kiddos with a fresh perspective...

Hello Sweet Reader, Hey Friend, Have you joined me yet for our Embracing Grace Bible Reading Plan? This month, we’re slowing down to soak up grace—one verse at a time. Sometimes two. But just one simple verse can speak volumes when you take it through your day. I’m really excited about this one (I know, I say that every. single. month!) because grace is something I need so much. Don’t you? We all fall short of the glory of God—and His grace meets us right there. I started the study on June...
